The Founder

When entrepreneur and Homestead Founder, Tegan Martin-Drysdale imagined an Edmonton coworking space, she envisioned an inspiring space where the City’s entrepreneurs, builders and doers could focus on their work, but also feel safe to bounce ideas off each other. Before the dream of Homestead was realized, she visited coworking spaces from Saskatoon to New York, then, when Alberta Block Building was listed, she knew it was the beginning of something exciting. As a civil engineer and President of The RedBrick Group of Companies, Tegan and her team designed and renovated the historic building on Jasper Avenue into a community-focused, savvy business hub, perfect for Homestead and its members.
